3. Exposed Pipe Checks
Outdoor and indoor exposed pipes should be checked regularly to ensure that they are not broken or cracking. Summer is a time for vacations and a cracking pipe could cause your whole home to flood. It is important to check all your pipes so that you can have a worry free summer.
4. Water Heater Checks
Making sure your water heater is working is very important. Rusted areas or leaking spots can cause rot and could eventually lead to a flooded basement or home. 5. Sewer Line Checks
If you have an area where you can see your sewer lines, it is important to make sure they look to be in working order. If they aren’t, you could be in for a sewer that could back up into your home or property.
